GMS provided consulting services for the facades and roofing of this new mixed-use and mixed design building at the eastern edge of Chelsea in New York City. A granite-clad base houses 35,000 sf over six floors of classrooms and a half-court gym for the high school.

Porcelanosa won this year’s Excellence in Structural Engineering award from the Structural Engineers Association of New York in the category of Forensic Analysis / Renovation / Retrofit / Rehabilitation of Structures.
