A new two-story single-family residence constructed with architecturally exposed concrete shear walls and slabs, steel framing and steel and glass window walls.
GMS provided structural engineering services and special inspections for the architectural fit-out of approximately 185,000 rentable square feet over eight floors at 622 Third Avenue. The project includes several stairs and floor openings to connect various floors including a four-story “art shaft”.
